First steps

Before first use. Wipe the silicone surface with a soft cloth and warm water. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners on the silicone.

First charge. Plug in the magnetic charger for at least three hours before first use, even if the indicator suggests it's full. This calibrates the battery for longest life.

Power on. Press and hold the power button for three seconds. Press the same button to cycle through intensity levels.

Charging & battery

Charging time. A full charge takes approximately two to three hours. The indicator light pulses while charging and stays solid when complete.

Charging tips. Use a wall adapter (5V/1A) rather than a computer USB port for fastest charging. Clean charging contacts with a dry cotton swab if the connection feels loose.

Battery care. For longest battery life, avoid leaving the device on the charger continuously after it's full. Charge it fully before storing for extended periods.

Travel lock

To prevent accidental activation in luggage or a bag, press and hold the power button for five seconds until the indicator flashes three times. Repeat the same sequence to unlock.

Cleaning & storage

Cleaning. Rinse with warm water and mild, unscented soap after each use. Do not submerge the charging port. Air dry.

Storage. Store in the included pouch in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
