SidmHeal® warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from SidmHeal or an authorized retailer (including Amazon US).
No registration is required. Your warranty is valid based on your purchase record. Submitting our optional support form does not extend or activate the warranty — it only helps us process your request faster if you ever need to use it.

We will respond within one to two business days. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you within the contiguous United States. Shipping arrangements for other regions may vary.
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not require return of the defective item for warranty replacement. We trust your description of the issue and will send a replacement based on that. We may, in rare cases of suspected counterfeit products, ask for photos or a short video before processing.
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
This warranty is offered in addition to — and does not affect — any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
